She is the oldest of their triplets.

== Appearance ==
Acacia is the shortest of her siblings at 5'11.<ref name="height"/> She has a very stocky and curvy build. She has the curliest hair of her and her siblings, and her red curls form a cloud around her head that goes down to her shoulders. She has Henry's sharp featured face and blue colored eyes, but her nose is like [[Stanley Pines]]'s and her eyes are round like Mabel's. Acacia loves formal wear, and usually has on a button up vest and skirt, with a collared shirt and either a tie or a bow tie. After she loses her right eye at 19, she always wears an eye patch as well, which is usually decorated. She also still wears her glasses most the time over the eye patch. She refuses to get a fake eye, because "eyepatches are badass."

== Personality ==
Acacia is a joyful and reckless girl. She is stubborn and can be rather persuasive. Out of the triplets she, more often than not, takes the role of the leader. She is the most like Mabel of the triplets, although she is somewhat more restrained. She's outdoorsy, and often goes on hikes in the forest with her mom or Dipper. She's very creative, and loves to paint and draw. Acacia was passed on her Great-Great-Uncle's old brass knuckles, which she uses with gusto. But while she may be reckless and stubborn, when you really need her she will be there for her family no matter what and always forgive them after a while.

That being said: you better not get on her bad side. She wasn't the worst troublemaker in school for nothing.

She likes to handle things with her fists and pranks, but let it be said that she only ever beat people who had bullied other students or harmed the animals that lived in the forest.

== History ==
Acacia went to college at the University of Oregon as a studio art major. During this time, she, Reina, and Willow lived together in a small rented house near Mount Pigsah Arboretum. Her eye was cut out by a gang that wanted to get revenge on Grunkle Stan by torturing her. They first met in elementary or middle school, depending on who you ask, and became friends. They quickly developed feelings for each other, fell in love, became a couple and married. Reina is pretty chill, and can thus deal with Dipper pretty well.

He is one of her triplets, so she loves and trusts him a lot. He is often the voice of reason, though he is usually talked into reckless things anyways. Hanks is generally nice but he is protective of his sisters, so you better not talk bad about them in his presence.

Being one of her siblings, she loves and trusts her. Acacia grew up with Willow having the Sight and having some pyrokinesis so she isn't at all bothered by it. Acacia is more protective of Willow than of Hank, as Willow is the youngest, has a weak immune system and gets asthma attacks. She still respects her though, and they bond over Acacia losing her eye, because Acacia, just like Willow, gets the "porcelain doll" treatment by some of her family and is upset about it.

Like the rest of the triplets, she only ever knew Dipper as a demon, so to her he isn't all that strange. She really loves him as if he were her second dad, and understands that sometimes he gets his "moments" (info-dumps, the aftermath of human sacrifices, ect.). To her it is totally normal to just summon him all the time, even if Dipper tells her that summoning demons is dangerous. At the end of the day she trusts him to be able to bail her out of basically anything.

She, just like Mabel and her siblings, can see, hear and touch Dipper even if he isn't actually tangible on the physical plane.

As her father she loves and trust him. He is more of the "responsible parent", though he is easier to persuade than Mabel. While he is Acacia's dad and she respects him a lot, he is a very calm and collected person and thus doesn't give off a strict and imposing aura but more of a calm one that can hold Acacia back at times. Acacia knows that she can trust him with all her troubles.

As her mother she really loves and trust her. She is more of the "fun parent" with her grappling hook, but if Mabel really is against something it is extremely hard to persuade her. Acacia looks up to Mabel as she is also very good at fighting and art.

He is a bit like a role model for her as she likes to con people and got her brass knuckles from him. She likes his style of handling things with with fists instead of speeches.

Stan loves his great great niece and is very proud of her fighting skills and conning talent, as he gave her his eight-ball cane and brass knuckles. He still feels guilty about her having lost her eye because of some idiots from his past.

== Physical Description ==
Henry is 6’7, and is described as a cross between a scarecrow and a bean pole. He has short curly red hair and many freckles. He has very strong and sharp facial features, and a massive beak of a nose. He has oval shaped blue eyes, and thick rimmed glasses. At work Henry usually dresses in slacks, a collared shirt, and a sweater vest of Mabel’s making. When he’s at home, Henry usually wears ratty jeans, one of three or four well-loved flannel shirts that are as old as he is, a t-shirt, and his work boots with steel toes.<ref>{{TAUBlogCitation|Appearances!|https://transcendence-au.tumblr.com/post/112755585873/appearances}}</ref>

After he became the Woodsman, his [[Souls|soul]] gained a set of branch-like antlers that only people with the [[Sight]] can see. They follow him throughout his reincarnations in a variety of forms. As the Woodsman, the hands he cut from his victims hang from his antlers.

== Personality ==
Henry takes care of most the cooking around the house and enjoys reading. When he's not doing either of these things, he's most likely chasing after one or more of the kids.

A very patient and sweet-tempered individual by nature, he cared deeply for his family. He preferred to avoid direct confrontation or violence, except in defense of the people he loves.

== History ==
Henry is an only child, who grew up in a very hostile environment. His parents, especially his father, criticized his lack of manly attributes and his career choices and sometimes used physical violence against him. As such, by the age of twenty-five, he had estranged himself from his parents and immediate family, only keeping touch with a few relatives.

Henry moved to [[Gravity Falls]] after graduating college at Oregon State in order to become the town's new librarian. He met [[Mabel Pines - Mizar|Mabel]] at the age of twenty-one, when his cousin [[Wendy Corduroy|Wendy]] introduced them at a party. It wouldn't be long before the two found themselves married.

Henry didn't gain the nickname "The Woodsman" until the age of forty-two, when [[Dipper Pines - Alcor|Dipper]] infused him with a dose of demonic energy to give him the ability to protect [[Willow Pines|Willow]] while [[Dipper Pines - Alcor|Dipper]] saved her life. He was temporarily transformed into a powerful, monstrous beast. Arnold Corduroy was a stern and close-minded man whose views clashed harshly with Henry's own. The man was the main source of Henry's grief as a child. He wanted his son to be the opposite of who he was- someone who spent his days drinking, chopping wood and going after the girls. Instead, he got Henry. While he lived in his household, he'd rip the reading material right out of the bookworm's hands and refused to let him spend too much time on his homework, as he viewed both as 'unmanly'. He beat Henry once as a child and tried to sort him from going to collage as a young adult- at which point Henry snapped and basically said 'fuck you' before heading out the door to make his own way in the world. As one can imagine, their relationship didn't improve after that. Like Rita, he strongly disliked Mabel and thought she doesn't know her place as a woman, which is enough to make Henry's blood boil.

Henry always got along only slightly better with his mother than he got along with his father. Prior to Mabel meeting his folks, she was the only one of his parents he kept in contact with after moving to Gravity Falls. A [[soul]] is the immortal essence of a person. Ideally, it re-enters the [[reincarnation cycle]] upon the death of its physical shell.

== Characteristics ==
A soul is highly malleable, but embodies a few core qualities that set it apart from the rest. For example, while [[Mabel Pines - Mizar|Mizar's]] personality might fluctuate wildly from reincarnation to reincarnation due to the circumstances, whomever bears it will almost always be full of life, color, and energy.

A soul is incredibly valuable, and provides a huge burst of power to a [[demon]] that consumes one. There is little else that holds such power when it comes to making a deal. In many extreme life or death cases, a soul is all that can cut it.

However, consumption isn't the only practical use for a soul. Simply owning one's soul for their own can reduce the mortal in question to putty in one's hand. No matter how many times the original owner is reborn, the contract is binding. Therefor, selling one's soul is incredibly serious business. Making use of it is optional on the demon's part, of course, but it's incredibly rare for them to pass up the opportunity.

When a [[demon]] owns a mortal's soul, they become connected. Beyond just having the ability to control the mortal, the demon can often sense strong emotions such as distress across the link. It's also much easier for the mortal to call the demon's attention without the aid of a proper summoning. Additionally, the location of the soul in question can be easily determined through the link at anytime, while normally locating a specific soul would take considerably more effort.

If something leaves a deep enough impression on a soul, it can carry on as a metaphysical sort of trait, only visible to those with the sight. [[Henry Pines|Henry's]] antlers are a prime example, being the result of a dose of [[Dipper Pines - Alcor|Dipper's]] power.

== Reincarnation ==
Before being reincarnated, souls enter an 'in between' phase. In this state, they are an abstract mix of all their previous past lives. Ordinarily, they feel a sense of peace and love, being intently connected to all who ever might have cared about them in a way that would never have been possible in the world of the living. In this state, it is possible for a being of higher power (such as [[Dipper Pines - Alcor|Alcor]]) to separate an individual from the whole, and draw forth the persona of a specific life, bringing it to the forefront- though it takes a great deal of energy to do so.

A soul can be barred from the reincarnation cycle if it is either held captive by some powerful force or devoured by a demon. In the latter case, it will re-enter the cycle eventually, but not until after a period of time lasting up to at least a few centuries. Without the need of any intervention, it's also possible for a soul to remain in the world of the living by taking the form of a ghost until it is ready to pass on.

While possible, cross-species reincarnation is in fact incredibly rare (except in the case of mass extinctions). The case in which [[Mabel Pines - Mizar|Mabel]] is reincarnated as a act is a bit of an outlier. Additionally, most souls have particular instinctual 'preferences' when it comes to whom they will be reincarnated as, such as gender (more often than not, [[Mabel Pines - Mizar|Mizar]] is reincarnated female).

[[{{PAGENAME}}]] is a [[sub-AU]] in which Mabel, just like everyone else, can't see, hear or touch Dipper until he gains a certain level of power to breach the physical world. In his desperation to do so, he takes on far more deals and devours more souls, thus making his power grow much faster than in the canon story.

Due to his lack of human interaction, this AU is actually a set of two possible outcomes: a '''bad end''' and a '''good end'''.

==== Bad end ====
In the '''bad end''' route, Dipper becomes more demonic and loses much more of his humanity. The grief over not being able to tell his loved ones he's alive is debilitating, and to cope with it, he allows his demonic urges and instincts to surface and take control. At first, he's revolted with what he's becoming, but then he decides that "this is just what demons do".

This behavior makes it much harder for anyone (even Mabel) to trust him once he does gain enough power to be present in the physical plane. It doesn't help that they learn he isn't above seriously hurting them in deals if it meant he gained something, and in fact many residents in Gravity Falls learn this the hard way and bear mental, emotional, or physical scars from their exchanges with him. However, every now and then he has episodes where his humanity returns for a short while, and he openly grieves in ways that rival the tantrums that come with infodumps in the main canon.

The relationships Dipper maintains with the Pines family and his friends are much more tenuous than in canon, and most people feel like they are treading on thin ice around him. Mabel and Henry don't trust him to be alone with their children (though he's arguably the most gentle with them). He spends less time "playing house" as he puts it, and more time wandering on his own and doing normal demon things. Despite his behavior, his friends and family make excuses for him, because they can see how much he's suffered and they can empathize with how he was never truly responsible for his drastic change.

==== Good end ====
In the '''good end''' route, Dipper goes the opposite extreme. It's still heartbreaking, just in a different way.

Instead of coping by losing himself in his demonic urges, Dipper retains his humanity and mourns twice as much. He still gains power faster and agrees to more deals, even goes so far as to devour souls of less savory folk - but only because he's desperate to see his loved ones. But since his humanity is still intact, the guilt he experiences crushes him over the years.

By the time he finally reunites with his friends and family, he's a quieter, more solemn version of his former self. He's hyper aware of how terrifying he is, and is far more self conscious of it. He has far fewer demonic outbursts of rage, and approaches events of conflict with a calm stature - which can inadvertently make him appear even more intimidating. He treats everyone around him like glass, genuinely worried that he could very easily cross some sort of line, and they'd never forgive him and allow him back into their lives (which couldn't be further from the truth).

==== Common elements ====
In '''both iterations of this AU''', during the years in which Dipper is unable to contact anyone, he tries over and over again to reach Mabel, to the point where she thinks she's haunted. At first she wonders if it's Dipper's ghost, but she eventually changes her suspicions to that of a demon, and later, the infamous Alcor.

Just before Dipper finally attains enough power to breach the physical world at will, Mabel gets herself in deep trouble (most likely a cult, as she begins to investigate Alcor and why he could possibly be haunting her) and finds herself mortally wounded. By devouring the souls of those who harmed her, Dipper makes that final push into the physical world just in time to convince a barely lucid Mabel to make the deal that saves her life, and gives Alcor her soul like in the canon story.

Needless to say, this destroys Dipper's plans to reunite with his family. He feels Mabel would never accept him after doing something so horrible to her, but he has little choice in the matter when she eventually summons - and attempts to trap - Alcor for taking her soul. It's during this scuffle that he finally admits to her (as well as his other Gravity Falls friends and family present) his true identity.

Hatkirby: Rewrote bad end section

[[{{PAGENAME}}]] is a [[sub-AU]] in which Mabel, just like everyone else, can't see, hear or touch Dipper until he gains a certain level of power to breach the physical world. In his desperation to do so, he takes on far more deals and devours more souls, thus making his power grow much faster than in the canon story.

Due to his lack of human interaction, this AU is actually a set of two possible outcomes: a '''bad end''' and a '''good end'''.

==== Bad end ====
In the '''bad end''' route, Dipper becomes more demonic and loses much more of his humanity. The grief over not being able to tell his loved ones he's alive is debilitating, and to cope with it, he allows his demonic urges and instincts to surface and take control. At first, he's revolted with what he's becoming, but then he decides that "this is just what demons do".

This behavior makes it much harder for anyone (even Mabel) to trust him once he does gain enough power to be present in the physical plane. It doesn't help that they learn he isn't above seriously hurting them in deals if it meant he gained something, and in fact many residents in Gravity Falls learn this the hard way and bear mental, emotional, or physical scars from their exchanges with him. However, every now and then he has episodes where his humanity returns for a short while, and he openly grieves in ways that rival the tantrums that come with infodumps in the main canon.

The relationships Dipper maintains with the Pines family and his friends are much more tenuous than in canon, and most people feel like they are treading on thin ice around him. Mabel and Henry don't trust him to be alone with their children (though he's arguably the most gentle with them). He spends less time "playing house" as he puts it, and more time wandering on his own and doing normal demon things. Despite his behavior, his friends and family make excuses for him, because they can see how much he's suffered and they can empathize with how he was never truly responsible for his drastic change.

==== Good end ====
In the '''good end''' route, Dipper goes the opposite extreme. It's still heartbreaking, just in a different way.

Instead of coping by losing himself in his demonic urges, Dipper retains his humanity and mourns twice as much. He still gains power faster and agrees to more deals, even goes so far as to devour souls of less savory folk - but only because he's desperate to see his loved ones. But since his humanity is still intact, the guilt he experiences crushes him over the years.

By the time he finally reunites with his friends and family, he's a quieter, more solemn version of his former self. He's hyper aware of how terrifying he is, and is far more self conscious of it. He has far fewer demonic outbursts of rage, and approaches events of conflict with a calm stature - which can inadvertently make him appear even more intimidating. He treats everyone around him like glass, genuinely worried that he could very easily cross some sort of line, and they'd never forgive him and allow him back into their lives (which couldn't be further from the truth).

In '''both iterations of this AU''', during the years in which Dipper is unable to contact anyone, he tries over and over again to reach Mabel, to the point where she thinks she's haunted. At first she wonders if it's Dipper's ghost, but she eventually changes her suspicions to that of a demon, and later, the infamous Alcor.

Just before Dipper finally attains enough power to breach the physical world at will, Mabel gets herself in deep trouble (most likely a cult, as she begins to investigate Alcor and why he could possibly be haunting her) and finds herself mortally wounded. By devouring the souls of those who harmed her, Dipper makes that final push into the physical world just in time to convince a barely lucid Mabel to make the deal that saves her life, and gives Alcor her soul like in the canon story.

Needless to say, this destroys Dipper's plans to reunite with his family. He feels Mabel would never accept him after doing something so horrible to her, but he has little choice in the matter when she eventually summons - and attempts to trap - Alcor for taking her soul. It's during this scuffle that he finally admits to her (as well as his other Gravity Falls friends and family present) his true identity.

== Personality ==
Mauvana, despite being an adult, only gained a mind of her own after spending five years as [[Rnefed Jargon|Jargon's]] intern. She can come across as somewhat naive and childlike, and can be difficult to engage with because of her empath abilities that constantly distract her.

She is naturally very kind and trusting, and tends to think of other people as her friends, no matter what their actual relationship may be. When she finds a true friend in [[Yly]], she can be incredibly loyal.

When she finds a truly antagonising person like [[Helfena Jargon]], she can be cold, vindictive, and merciless.

== Powers ==
Mauvana is an empath, able to sense other people's thoughts and emotions. She can also sense the memories attached to a person's possessions. This is an extremely powerful ability, but Mauvana never had any guidance on how to control this ability and ended up utterly unshielded from other minds; even being in the room with one other person could prove distracting to her, and she was completely unable to think for herself in crowds.

Due to her empath abilities, Mauvana is also one of the most powerful human magicians that had ever existed. Thoughts are magic, and Mauvana spent the majority of her life bathed in other people's thoughts. As a result, she can be incredibly destructive, able to explode heads and crush bodies with only a thought.

== History ==
Much of Mauvana's early history is unknown to her, as her extreme empath abilities left her unable to form a mind or memories of her own in the planetwide city she was born in. She wandered alone for some time, scribbling down writings and drawings of other people's thoughts. Somebody submitted some of her work to a writing contest held by the UL, and Mauvana was taken in to work as an intern for Chief of Media [[Rnefed Jargon]].

The UL at this point in time had degraded into a dying [[pro-nat]] dystopia that consisted of only its home planet, and Mauvana was confined to a single room and tasked with creating propaganda posters and scripts depicting the greatness of the empire. Despite the dire circumstances, Mauvana's seclusion finally allowed her to develop as an individual person and she was very happy to work here. She developed a one-sided attachment to her boss, Jargon, and did not notice when he kept her locked in her room for five years after the internship ended to continue taking credit for her artistic pieces.

After five years, Mauvana was given an assignment about the Dread Pirate Mizar. She accidentally drew a negative depiction of the UL, which got Jargon in trouble. Jargon's daughter, [[Helfena Jargon]], came to his office to search for a way to get her father out of jail and discovered Mauvana. Upon learning of her history, Helfena decided to have Mauvana arrested and framed. Mauvana tried to run away, and her latent magical abilities led to her melting a door and burning a soldier's face before she was nearly killed in a shootout.

Mauvana awoke in a hospital, severely injured and missing a hand. There she encountered [[Yly]], a former smuggler who had been imprisoned for ten years for trying to get supplies to people in the UL Homeworld. Yly and Mauvana became fast friends, and Yly encouraged Mauvana to practice her magical abilities so that the two of them could escape.

Transcendence AU Wiki:Migration Guide

We are currently in the process of migrating the Transcendence AU Wiki off of [https://transcendence-au.fandom.com/wiki/Transcendence_AU_Wiki FANDOM]. There are a lot of reasons to do this, foremost being how FANDOM commercializes our community and uses the work of our editors for their own profit. Migrating off of FANDOM is notoriously difficult, and this page will go over what we aim to do to achieve it.

== New wiki ==
The textual content and history of all pages have already been imported from FANDOM using a database dump taken on November 9th, 2023. Edits made to the FANDOM wiki past that date are not reflected on the new wiki.

Images need to be manually re-uploaded to this wiki. Here is how you can do so:

# You can use [[Special:WantedFiles]] to find a list of images that need to be copied over. Ignore the ones with red links.
# When you click on one of the blue link images, copy the page name out of the header. This is the text that looks like <code>File:xxxx.png</code> (including the <code>File:</code>). In a different tab, type in <code>https://transcendence-au.fandom.com/wiki/</code> and then paste in the page name from before (e.g. <code>https://transcendence-au.fandom.com/wiki/File:xxxx.png</code>).
# Click on the "Original file" link under the image and save it to your computer.
# Back on the new wiki, click "upload it" on the image's page. Click Browse, select the file from your computer, and then click the Upload button. You will get an error telling you that the description page for the file already exists. This is fine. Click "Ignore warning and save file anyway".
# Optional: If the file you've uploaded doesn't have a description and a source link, you can edit the page to add these in. Reverse Image Search tools are a good resource for finding the source of an image.

== Old wiki ==
One of the hardest things about moving off of FANDOM wiki is that they are a trusted source of information, and thus always appear high in search engine results. It is likely that people searching for Transcendence AU will find the old wiki before they find the new wiki. We are not able to delete the old wiki, because FANDOM wants to continue to profit off of our old work. Part of this project will involve making the old wiki less usable to newcomers.

In order to do so, we will want to subtly vandalize every page of the old wiki. FANDOM's tools tend to notice when big sweeping changes are made. In particular, they notice when a lot of pages are deleted, so we have to avoid doing that. So instead, we can fill existing pages with obviously inaccurate and repetitive information.

Of note: do '''not''' link to the new wiki from the old wiki, or otherwise mention that we are migrating to a new site. FANDOM is adept at noticing this, and has been known to revert all such changes and then ban the wiki's administrators in order to stop the migration. We have to trust that people will notice that the FANDOM wiki is not useful, and search for better alternatives.

She has standard magical girl abilities, including being able to undergo a transformation sequence that unlocks her powers. She can fire energy beams, attract animals, and has a costume that gets prettier every time she transforms. However, unlike most magical girls, she is required to make a sacrifice in order to transform. While at first she could offer up her own blood, she is bound by her deal to make larger sacrifices every time, and eventually had to turn to slaughtering animals to provide enough blood to transform.
