The [[Stanley Pines Memorial Library of the Supernatural]], previously known as the '''Mystery Shack''', is a famous library located in [[Gravity Falls]], Oregon. == History ==
In 1975, Stanford Pines commissioned a simple cabin on the outskirts of Gravity Falls. The cabin was meant to be his home while he studied the strange and wonderful creatures living in the town. After Stanford's disappearance in 1981, his twin brother Stanley moved in and converted it to a tourist trap called the Mystery Shack. The Pines family continues to affectionately refer to it as 'the Shack' even after the conversion to supernatural library. After the [[Transcendence]], [[Stanley Pines]] converted it into a library. [[Alcor]] initially tried to leave [[Maddie Pines]] with him but it was clear after two days that Maddie wanted to live with no one else but Dipper. Stanley Pines Memorial Library

JollofHibiscus: Uh... There was nothing here in the first place? So I just made up a bunch of lore for it. I hope it's alright.

The Stanley Pines Memorial Library was created after the Transcendence. Originally, it was the Mystery Shack simply repurposed to a library. But when the Mystery Shack gained sentience, grew legs and ran away, a new building had to be constructed.

Luckily, they had been moving out the books out of the old Library because an annoying hex had gotten to the books and they were leaking the colours of their covers.

The only books that were lost were not THAT valuable.
