Physically, Blighted Ones do not resemble elves at all. They are much taller than a human and very thin, with a fine layer of thin, shaggy hair covering their entire bodies. Their eyes are high in their forehead, and they tend to walk on their knuckles. They are unable to speak while in their natural form.<ref name=":0" />
