The [[Stanley Pines Memorial Library of the Supernatural]], previously known as the '''Mystery Shack''', is a famous library located in [[Gravity Falls]], Oregon. == History ==
In 1975, Stanford Pines commissioned a simple cabin on the outskirts of Gravity Falls. The cabin was meant to be his home while he studied the strange and wonderful creatures living in the town. After Stanford's disappearance in 1981, his twin brother Stanley moved in and converted it to a tourist trap called the Mystery Shack. The Pines family continues to affectionately refer to it as 'the Shack' even after the conversion to supernatural library. After the [[Transcendence]], [[Stanley Pines]] converted it into a library. Overtime, the Shack gains sentience due to the amounts of magic released inside and from the family's sense of love<ref>transcendence-au.
