Nxlar the Antithetical is a demon that specializes in deterioration and entropy.[1] Unlike most demons, she is summoned with unlit candles.
Appearance
Nxlar has four bulbous eyes, greenish-gray tentacles that bend in and out of reality, and a glowing, disproportionately large maw.[1] Her body appears to be at least partially composed of some kind of greenish-gray slime.[2]
Summoning
Nxlar's summoning circle is considered fairly complex and requires twenty-three unlit candles. She can be summoned with the incantation: "O, Nxlar the Antithetical, O Great Mistress of Decay, I draw upon your darkness!"[3]
History
In 3007, Nxlar killed a large number of people in Florida Springs. This later would become known as the Florida Springs Massacre.
In 3015, Nxlar was responsible for turning the apartment complex of Jumblr user sweetthingsaremadeofdeeznuts into a pile of sentient sludge.[4]
At some point around the 4600s[5], Dipper and Piper Wright summoned Nxlar to gather an ingredient capable of warding off angels.[3]
