History
The Dinner Crew came into existence through Hank helping to solve problems, provide food, and later protection, for supernatural beings in need. The connections he formed and the people he brought together, however, quickly grew into a huge network spanning the entirety of Portland- eventually even gaining a level of influence over the city's the police. His work and charity would serve to bring together supernatural beings from all walks of life in peace-many for the first time- and, subsequently, out of the control of their former 'masters'. I wasn't long before a number of vampires who had previously run the show began to see Hank as real threat. This would culminate in a number of conflicts. However, Hank and his crew would thankfully come out of the ordeal Victorias.
Hank would remain involved with his mafia until the day he died. After his death, leadership of the organization would continue to pass down the Pine family line.
This would eventually lead to the Dinner Crew passing into the control of a descendent of Hank by he name of 'Henry Pines', a far more ruthless individual. Being a violent extremist, his way of running the Crew differs drastically from that of Hank. In his radical and misguided attempt to stamp out supernatural discrimintion through force, he even resorts to binding Alcor to his will.
This would ultimately backfire, and Portland's supernatural mafia would pass out of his control.

Lucy Ann
Lucy Ann is an incredibly old vampire. She's lived for at least 2500 years, and is powerful enough to withstand the sun's rays. Despite her impressive age, she looks little girl, having presumably been turned as a child.
Kiyo
Dragon/Team Bus.
Ben
Fairy.
Mindy
Mindy is a being comrpised of fire, and is, in Dipper's own words, more or less like a pixy. She was originally human. At the age of five, she attempted to make a deal with a demon to receive all the magic she could use. Of course, being a demon, they took her request rather literally. If it weren't for the intervention of Dipper, she would have died. As it was, he had to change her into the only form she could continue to exist as.
