After a few hundred years, the precious sweaters Mabel made are beginning to unravel. It causes Dipper much distress. While he could fix them with his power, there would be none of the mistakes or love that came with hand craftsmanship. It wouldn't be the same.
That's where Malala came in. It was good timing- luckily, Malala happened to like knitting. In exchange for Alcor curing her of her nightmares and sleep paralyses, as well as providing her with good dreams, she would repair the sweaters. It became a comforting routine for the girl. Personality
She comes off as an individual prone to deep thought and introspection. Additionally, she's brave enough to have summoned Alcor in an attempt to fix her ailment.

A young girl of Middle-Eastern descent who summons. She's usually depicted wearing a burka or headscarf.
