Florence is an elderly woman who summons Dipper Pines to help her around the house.[1]
Personality
Florence is self-assured and rather brave, as she sees no problem with summoning a demon to help her around the house, instead only worrying that the demon might not be tall enough to reach the high shelves. She can be rather mean, such as when she told Dipper not to wear his human disguise when they went shopping, because she wanted to scare passersby. She is also fairly lonely because her family stopped spending time with her, and this has made her bitter and resentful toward them.[1]
