Annie Carter is one of Willow Pines's adopted children.
Personality
Annie is sarcastic and suspicious by nature, in large part due to her spending the first seven years of her life in an orphanage, convinced no one would ever adopt her.[3]
History
Annie spent the first seven years of her life in an orphanage with her twin brother Rob. From the get-go, she made it clear to everyone that she and her twin were never to be separated, even if it meant sacrificing a potential home.[3] She and Rob were adopted in 2056 at the age of seven by Willow.[4][5] Although both she and her brother chose to keep their original last names, Willow considers both of them to be automatically a Pines in all the ways that matter.[6]
