Magical Girl Mizar is an in-universe anime based on the concept of Mizar being a magical girl.
History
Ian is somehow involve in it's creation, and has Dipper and Mira provide voices for the pilot episode.
However, Alcor would keep getting choked up on his lines, and eventually had to leave. The official role would be filed by a talented, if fairly unknown, voice actor instead.
Dipper would later make a one line Cameo which would later become a meme. The fans went crazy trying to figure out who the background character with the odd, distorted voice was, and if he would become important later.
Technical Details
The demonic effect is achieved by a cheap dollar-store voice changer.
