This template takes in a username. If the username is that of a mod, it outputs the username with the mod's designation after it. Otherwise, it just outputs the username.
For example:
{{MaybeModUsername|staff}}
renders as "staff"{{MaybeModUsername|zillychu}}
renders as "zillychu (mod Z)"
