Mizar the Magnificent was a cartoon created by Ian Beale. It featured his girlfriend Mira modified into the role of Mizar, Alcor as her partner-in-crime, and Ian himself as the characters Sam and Cipher. Bill Cipher was represented as the main antagonist, Bael.
