Appearance
Often depicted as looking very much like Mabel physically, as well as sporting a bow similar to the one Mabel wore in the gravity Falls episode "Scary-oke". Wears red-framed glasses in most art.
Within Mary P. Sue's story, she's described as having "thick dark hair", is stated to wear glasses, and has been mentioned wearing an "oversized hair bow".
History
Belle was born with a serious lung condition. To save her, her father, Lionel, made a deal with Alcor to fix her up- on the strange condition that he be allowed a place in the family as her twin.
With her brother and father's memories tampered with as part of the deal, she didn't find out the truth about Dipper's past until she was twelve years old, during a trip to Gravity falls with her family.
Personality
A Mabel reincarnation, Belle is an playful and outgoing individual. Much like Mabel, she enjoys the sparkly things in life. She seems to harbor a strong fondness for animals. She apparently also likes chewing gum- a lot.
Relationships
Dipper Pines
Belle's (technically adopted?) twin brother. Though she enjoys teasing him now and again, it's evident they share a close bond. Even after discovering the truth about Dipper, she still considers him her brother. However, in the wake of so many revelations, she has moments where she finds herself almost jealous of Mabel, feeling like she just can't compare to who she thinks Dipper wants her to be.
Lionel Sterling
Belle's (and Dipper's) single father.
Onika
One of Belle's friends in their later years of high school, who ends up learning that Belle is Mizar - and subsequently, that her brother is actually Alcor.
