Personality
She's not a terrible person, but isn't afraid of manipulating others to get what she wants. Deceptively sweet in a way that's somewhat reminiscent of Gideon, under the charming exterior she's a firm and not easily deterred individual.
Appearance
Rosa is twenty five years old during the events of "Reincarnation Blues". She has platinum blond hair, is a little chubby, and is about five feet tall.
Relationships
Mira
Mira is Ian's girlfreind. Rosa secretly has a crush on her. While their relationship starts out pretty friendly, things get rocky between the two after Mira discovers her true intentions.
Ian
Ian is Rosa's childhood friend. She honestly cares about him, but isn't above trying to break up his relationship with his girlfriend so she can date her herself.
