Mizar the Magnificent is a cartoon created by Ian Beale. It features his girlfriend Mira modified into the role of Mizar, Alcor as her partner-in-crime, and Ian himself as the characters Sam and Cipher. Bill Cipher is represented as the main antagonist, Bael.
