A ghost is a soul that has not yet rejoined the reincarnation cycle (not to be confused with a soul that is currently reforming, or the form a soul takes while still in the cycle but before being reincarnated). Most ghosts remain because they have lingering attachments or missions that they don't wish to leave. The longer a ghost stays out of the cycle, the more they lose their personality and become obsessed with the thing that kept them there.[1]

Physical Description

Ghosts are typically invisible outside of the Mindscape, and therefore cannot be seen by most living things. They can take on many forms as they age, but younger ones tend to look like they did in life.

Ghosts begin to float as they lose bits of their former personality, until all that's left is an obsession.[1]
