Loophole AU is a sub-AU in which Bill Cipher never existed. Instead, the demon who told Stanford Pines to build the portal was actually Alcor the Dreambender in disguise. Alcor himself is unaware of this until long, long after Mabel is dead, when he is sent back in time to fix a paradox.
