Linden Pines is Hank and Vivienne Pines's son.

Appearance

Linden most closely resembles his father Hank in terms of appearance, to the point that in childhood, he looked like a mini-Hank.[3] However, he inherited his mother's eyes and black hair, and he is on the shorter side. Like Hank, his hair is quite curly.[4]

Personality

Although he argues with his twin sister Myrtle about everything, he insists on sharing all of his classes with her and sitting next to her in every single one. Though not quite as quick to anger as Myrtle, he still possesses a fairly hot temper, and he and his twin are the most likely of Hank's children to get in and out of trouble, forcing Hank to attend quite a few parent-teacher conferences in their youth. He provides the logistics to his and Myrtle's pranks.[4]

Abilities

Like his twin sister, Linden has the Sight. However, his abilities range more towards allowing him to see and interact with the Little Folk. He gets along great with them.[4]

Trivia

  • Linden loves cold weather.[3]
  • He hates being called "Lin" or "Lyn".[4]
