Basilisk

A basilisk is a snake-like preternatural creature capable of killing anyone who makes eye contact with it. Although they cannot speak and are not humanoid, basilisks are sentient and possess intelligence equal to or greater than the average human. However, this is not common knowledge, and most people assume basilisks are simply mindless beasts. They have extremely long lifespans and will continue to grow larger the longer they live.[1]
Trivia
- A basilisk's stare is effective against demons (though not necessarily fatal). Dipper once described it as being similar to a migraine.[1]
