Magical Girl Mizar began as a webcomic called ''Sailor Mizar and Tuxedo Alcor'' that was mostly a post-[[Transcendence]] parody of ''Sailor Moon''. It skyrocketed in popularity and was adapted into an anime. Dipper would later make a one line Cameo which would later become a meme. The fans went crazy trying to figure out who the background character with the odd, distorted voice was, and if he would become important later.
