Kiel Power (full name Hesekiel Agam Power) is a ringleader of the Circle of the Dreamer's Star. He is credited with popularizing the Circle outside of college students.[1]
Personality
Kiel is a reserved man. Until he unwittingly became a ringleader in the Circle of the Dreamer's Star, he lived, worked, and practiced his religion mostly in solitude.[2]
Powers
Kiel does not have or practice any magical powers. He bears Alcor's mark, after he summoned Alcor to give his blessing at a wedding and Alcor deemed him worthy of his protection. Because of this, other demons and people with the Sight can tell that he is connected to Alcor.[2]
History
Details of Kiel's early life are unknown. He attended a university and studied Information Technology. It was while at college that he got involved with the Circle of the Dreamer's Star, which, at that point, was extremely small and only really known to college students. He graduated with a Bachelors degree, and got an unknown job that allowed him to work remotely from anywhere.[2]
He moved to Glendale after graduating from college. He practiced his religion in solitude for a while, until the leader of the local Christian church died. The priest who took his place was a pro-nat, which angered the members of the church (which was comprised of the entire town aside from Kiel). Because of this, the entire congregation of the church decided to join Kiel in worshipping Alcor.
Kiel was unprepared for others to join him in his religion. In order to fulfill the town's expectations for what composes a religious service, he ended up creating many of the rituals that would later become standard within the Circle.[3] His house became a hub of activity for the town, serving many of the social functions that the church used to. He even performed the first wedding in the religion's history, complete with summoning Alcor to give his blessing.
