Tom Fink is a co-ringleader in the New Portland chapter of the Circle of the Dreamer's Star. He and his wife Gemma run an ice cream shop as a front for the Circle’s meetings.[1]
Physical description
Tom is white and has an upturned mustache that he likes to play with.
Personality
Tom is more relaxed and goofy than his wife Gemma. He is devoted and loyal to her, usually trusting her instincts. Tom can easily make others laugh and has a natural sense for their emotions and needs.
History
Tom assisted Fang Wu, a Mizar, while she was fleeing the Order of Exorcists by offering her food, drink, and support. He and Gemma explained the Circle's lore and their beliefs about Alcor, encouraging Fang to repair her relationship with Dipper. However, since demon worship is illegal in New Portland, Tom and Gemma were arrested by the Order of Exorcists. To repay them for their kindness, Dipper broke both of them out of jail and covered up the entire event.
