Tortugagger

Tortugagger is a torture demon who was a loyal servant to Bill Cipher. He tried to torture Benjamín after finding out Bill's soul had reincarnated into a human, but was attacked and devoured by Alcor the Dreambender. The fight ripped apart the Midway Bar for some time.
