Cassandra Locklear was the founder of the Cult of Dippingsauce. When she was a student, she summoned Alcor to ask for help with her homework. She ended up befriending him.

Cassie aspired to be a lawyer when she grew up. She was a highly intelligent girl who cared about her studies to summon a demon to help with math.
She was fairly easygoing, and not bothered by Dipper's demonic nature.

Cassie was canonically determined to be Native American. She is often depicted with a tan complexion and straight hair. Other details vary based on the artist.
History
Cassie is usually considered to appear after Mabel's death, but her place in the timeline is flexible.
She first summoned Alcor to ask for help with her homework, then continued to call him over whenever she felt like it. Many fans have depicted her as starting The Cult of Dippingsauce, where Alcor is summoned primarily for mundane and harmless things like tutoring or baking cakes.
She discovers journal three in the basement of an old library, and managed to deduce that Alcor's name was really Dipper Pines.
