Maddie Pines is a Mizar who was raised by Alcor alongside Toby.

Physical description

She is typically depicted as a young dark skinned girl, though some drawings depict her as looking much like Mabel.

Personality

She's a sweet kid, but eventually grows tired of Alcor being as over protective as he is. Initially, Alcor does not let her fight, but after the death of Toby, she is determined to become a warrior Mizar, so that she might have the chance to offer help to those who need it.

History

Maddie was abandoned by her parents as an infant, so Dipper took her in and raised her as his own in Gravity Falls. He wanted her to grow up normally, so she didn't find out that her Dad was Alcor the Dreambender until she was kidnapped by an Alcorian cult at twelve years old, although some versions of canon have this event happen to her at age ten.

Relationships

Toby Pines

She sees Tobias Pines (aka Toby) as her big brother, and was often babysat by him when she was little. She was adopted by Dipper right after Toby moved out.

Dipper Pines

Maddie's demonic adoptive father. Though the two possess a very close relationship, she was kept in the dark about his true nature throughout much of her childhood. After learning her dad's true identity, she's a fair bit ticked off at Toby for hiding it so long, but she quickly forgives him.

Maritza

Maddie's eventual girlfriend, and a reincarnation of Henry.

Trivia

• Maddie is a fan of Disney Princess Mizar, and has gone as her for Halloween on quite a few occasions. After discovering her father's true identity, she begins convincing him to go as Alcor to compliment her costume.
