Ebhil Shims
Ebhil Shims is a famous professional Deathball player in the early 8th millennium, and the mother of Drephl Shims and Frihl Dejan.
Personality
Ebhil is strong-willed and adventurous. When she had kids, she refused to let it interfere with her career, and continued to travel for games.
History
Early on in her life she made a deal with Alcor the Deambender that would allow him to grow up as a human alongside her son. After they were born, she left them to be raised by their father Kheol, keeping in touch, but rarely visiting. She was forced to retire from professional Deathball in her forties, becoming a coach instead. She died in her middle age, after a safety spell during a game malfunctioned.
Relationships
Kheol Shims
Kheol is Ebhil’s husband, though she doesn’t seem to care about him all that much. She left to play professional Deathball shortly after the twins were born, leaving him to raise them.
Drephl Shims
Drephl is one of Ebhil’s sons, and the vessel of Alcor the Dreambender. He never knew, but she did, and hated him for it. Ebhil never let it show though, and he lived his whole life believing she loved him. She viewed him as a parasite, and was disgusted by him, which was a large part of why she was absent in both his and Frihl’s childhoods.
Frihl Dejan
She was absent in both her son’s lives. Frihl was her real son, but she barely remembered it. She never let it show though, playing the part of a loving mother whenever she visited them.
