Darren Bader

Darren Bader is a high school student and Rick Harland's friend. His mother is a lunar werewolf, while his father is a skinwalker. This means that, while Darren can shift between his wolf and human forms at will, his shifting becomes much more sporadic depending on the moon's phases.[1]
