Giovanni The Great

Giovanni, known professionally as The Great, is a reincarnation of Gideon Gleeful and a sideshow performer in Gravity Falls.

History

He hosted a show called Giovanni The Great's Demon Wrangling Extravaganza, in which he used Gideon's mystic amulet to control and imprison demons. While aware of the amulet's ability to corrupt people, he intentionally sought it out so he could control minor demons. Like Gideon he had an affinity for theatrics and wore a pale blue suit and cape; however, he also spoke with a very fake Italian accent. He met Dipper and Toby at one of his shows, and learned that Dipper was secretly Alcor in disguise. As revenge for messing up his show, he turned them into a gang of demons looking to resurrect Bill Cipher.
