Mabel Pines (Recreation)

Mabel Pines is a recreation of the original Mabel Pines made by Dipper, 4,800 years after the Transcendence.

History

While going through a dark period, Dipper missed Mabel immensely and wanted someone to talk to. Using memories traded in deals by the original Mabel and information he knew about her from her lifetime, Dipper was able to recreate her inside the Mindscape. When he struggled to connect with Fang Wu, a Mizar from 5,000 years after the Transcendence, Dipper gave Mabel a human body so that she could offer Fang advice in the real world.

Appearance

Mabel is identical to her originator, Dipper specifically choosing to have her appear in her late 20s. She continues to wear the iconic wool sweaters and skirts that the original Mabel did.

Personality

The recreated Mabel often claims that while she is not the original Mabel, they do think alike. However, unlike the original Mabel, the recreation is more serious due to years of listening to Dipper and trying to give him advice. She continually insists she is "not real" and develops feelings and opinions that are distinct from the original Mabel.
