Maple Malone
Maple Malone is a Mizar. She is a trans woman, and made a deal with Alcor the Dreambender to help her transition.
Physical description
She has warm brown skin and blonde hair.[1]
Personality
Before transitioning, Maple was quiet and withdrawn. She wore dull and sensible button-up shirts with shoes that were too clean, and slumped her shoulders.[1]
After transitioning, Maple became a lot happier. She wears bright colors, wears ruffles and scarves and rhinestones. She takes ballet and tap and jazz dancing. She smiles all the time and is full of excited energy.
History
Maple was assigned male at birth, and given the name Mateo.[1]
She was 12 when Alcor introduced himself to her. At this point, while her family environment seemed loving and supportive, she was downtrodden and sad all the time. He was supportive when she came out to him.
Maple's parents were furious when she came out to them, and scared when Alcor revealed himself in their presence. With nowhere else to turn, she ended up making a deal with Alcor so that she could physically transition, at the cost of not being able to use her voice for a year.
After that began a long process of getting her parents used to the change. Because she could no longer talk, Alcor had to appear to explain everything to them. There were a number of arguments, and on one occasion, Alcor took Maple to live with a reincarnation of Cassie for a while to keep her safe. But in the end, her parents' love for their daughter won out over their ignorance.
Maple transferred to a new school, made new friends, and started living the life she had always wanted.
