Organ Duck
The Organ Duck, also known as Brian, is a demon that specializes in organs.
Physical description
The Organ Duck is an entity comprised of organs which, together, form the semblance of a duck. He is three feet tall, and often described as being 'inside out'.
Most people find his appearance to be unpleasant, and as a result, he only infrequently receives summons. Most of the summons he does receive are accidental.
Personality
He is sometimes considered to be sort of the sinister Eeyore of the demon world. This is probably because people rarely summoned him on purpose prior to his run for presidency. He is also known to be a masochist.
Powers
The Organ Duck is assumed to have the standard abilities of a demon, including the ability to be summoned and to make deals. Additionally, he is known to specialize in organs, as well as relieving and bestowing ailments. He is willing to take away the pain of others in exchange for getting to experience it for himself.
Thanks to his proficiency in dealing with sickness and body modification, he is the demonic patron of the chronically ill and trans community.
History
As a demon, the Organ Duck likely existed for a very long time before the Transcendence.
At some point, he ran for President of the United States. A big focus of his campaign was better healthcare.[1] He faced massive opposition from pro-nats. Despite this, he ended up winning the election. He gained quite a following over the course of his term, but wasn't immune to scandals.[2]
Relationships
Dipper Pines
While Dipper is willing to concede that neither Brian nor Dave are completely terrible, he doesn't bother going out of his way to hang out with either of them. At best, Brian and Dipper can be considered casual acquaintances.
Dave the Slug Demon
Dave the Slug Demon is the only person who isn't disturbed at all by Brian. They occasionally hang out together.[3]
Ducktective star (name unknown)
Brian was rumored to be having an affair with the star of Ducktective during his campaign for presidency. The allegations inadvertently caused Brian’s opinion polls to soar. The rumors were never disproved. [5]

- The Organ Duck's summoning incantation is "Dens et os, carnem et sanguinem, cor et iecur et pulmonem, Te magne oozer, Brianus Paulus Duck."[4]
