Conspiracy ! There already is the headcanon that Dipper once went to another dimension n and saved a pair of his and mabels precarnations from getting run over by a car . Because they didn't die that day , they weren't reborn as early  and  dipper and mabel were never born in that alternative dimension  . Seeing that , bill isn't freed by gideon  and the happenings in gravity falls never occur in this  dimension . 

BUT alcor did talk to  his precarnation and told him his story .  His precarnation ,  feeling sorry for alcor and  kinda loving the story of when they were kids , makes a show out  of it  in which things take another turn and dipper never becomes alcor .  Alcor sees the concept of the show , loves it and helpes by doing bills voice .
