Beatrice Delion
Beatrice Delion is a reincarnation of Bill Cipher. Born an elf, she left her family at some point to attend a human university, where she met and became friends with Naomi Argenta.[1]
Personality
Beatrice is a very laidback, confident person. Her dry humor and blunt personality often puts her at odds with other people, especially other elves, but she can be kind.
Powers
As an elf, Beatrice possesses extremely powerful magical abilities as compared to a human. Although she is not as powerful as Alcor and other demons, she is easily able to defeat any physical creatures she comes across. Being an elf, her magic often expresses itself in the form of nature.
