Naomi Argenta is a Mizar, and Dipper Argenta's twin sister. Much like Belle Sterling, Dipper made a deal with her father to grow up as a human alongside her.

Naomi's father died when she was three, and she grew up at her grandparents' house.

Physical Description

Naomi resembles her mother. She is short, and has dark brown hair and eyes. As a teenager living in Southern Arizona, she often wears a tank top and jeans.

Personality

Much like Mizars before her, Naomi is a kind and bubbly person who enjoys joking around and teasing her brother. Due to their rather absent grandparents and Dipper's magic headache issues, she has grown up taking care of him.

She can be extremely defensive of Dipper. When presented with evidence of his demonic nature, she was quick to deny it and became anxious at the thought that she might lose him forever.

History

Naomi was born in Southern Arizona, to Leonard and Pinni Argenta. Her mother was a selkie, and she would have ended up becoming one too had Pinni not died in childbirth. The excess magic in her body meant to bond to her sealskin threatened her life, and her father, Leonard, made a deal with Alcor the Dreambender to save her from death.

Alcor, who was currently in a dark period, was missing his life with Belle and Lionel Sterling. He attempted to recreate the same circumstances with a new family by wiping his memories and posing as Naomi's twin, but was unable to keep a stable human form. His body broke down frequently, causing him to lash out in frustration.

Three years into the deal, Dipper killed Leonard in a fit of rage. Both Naomi and a Dipper with no memory of his demonic nature were sent to live with their grandparents. David and Aleksandra Argenta raised them for the remainder of their childhoods.

When Naomi was 15, Lucy Ann was targeted by an angel. She went to Alcor for help, not realizing he was disguised as a human. Lucy Ann was treated as dangerous by all of Dipper's family, and especially by Naomi. Despite Dipper stating that he recognized Lucy Ann, Naomi tried to dismiss her as nothing more than a confused vampire.

Over the next few weeks, Naomi continued to deny Lucy Ann's claims that her brother was a demon despite mounting evidence that he was. She actively prevented the two from talking to each other, and joined forces with the angel who was hunting Lucy Ann when he claimed to be able to exorcise the demon possessing her brother.

The angel turned out to be lying, and forced Naomi to destroy her brother's human form in an attempt to annihilate Alcor. Lucy Ann was able to foil this plan, however, and it resulted only in causing Alcor to return. He devoured the angel, freeing Naomi from its influence.

After the death of the angel, Naomi still found it difficult to accept her brother's demonic nature. They made a deal shortly afterwards to erase any memory of Dipper being Alcor so her life could return to normal.

Naomi remembered her brother was a demon in college. She apologised for her actions as a teenager, and decided not to forget about his nature.
